Air Cooler Aluminum Extruded Fin Tube with Gaps (Unfinned Section) in Middle
Creating gaps in a finned tube is a common request from our customers.
Small gaps on extruded finned tube or "G" and L finned tube enables long tubes to be supported with no damage to the fin. The fins have been folded and stapled in order to stop them unravelling.
Large (or long) gaps on finned tubes enables the customer to get the tube bent after finning. The gaps are left ungrooved so the tube can be bent with no risk to the tube integrity.
